What You’ll Do
* Draft wills, trusts, and lasting powers of attorney
* Prepare probate applications and assist with estate administration
* Liaise with clients, beneficiaries, HMRC, and the Probate Registry
* Conduct legal research and prepare supporting documentation
* Manage a caseload of straightforward matters under supervision
* Provide support on complex cases and attend client meetings with solicitors/partners
What We’re Looking For
* At least 12 months’ experience in Private Client work
* Knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and LPAs
* Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with clients, courts, and third parties
* Excellent organisational skills and proficiency with case management systems
* Desirable: Experience with farming/rural or high-net-worth clients, estate and tax planning knowledge, or progression toward CILEX/STEP
