We're looking for an organised, proactive, and car-minded individual to join our busy automotive workshop team.
With a fast-paced workshop handling a high volume of vehicles daily, you'll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes while supporting customers and the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities

Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media
*
Preparing quotations and booking vehicles into the workshop
*
Following up with customers regarding repairs, servicing, and vehicle updates
*
Sourcing and ordering vehicle parts from suppliers
*
Tracking parts deliveries and matching them to active jobs
*
Assisting with invoicing, administration, and workshop scheduling
*
Supporting the company's social media presence and customer engagement
*
Coordinating communication between the office and workshop teams
What We're Looking For
*
Genuine interest in cars and the automotive industry
*
Good knowledge of vehicle makes, models, and parts
*
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
*
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
*
Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
*
Experience within a garage, parts department, dealership, or motor trade environment is desirable but not essential
