The service is lively, vibrant, and welcoming, and the staff team are supportive and always happy to share their knowledge and experience to ensure our adults get the best possible care. Each of the three floors has its own personality, suited to meet the needs of the adults we care for, but day to day duties will include: Supporting with meals and drinks, and to help them to get excited about being involved in cooking and baking! Helping with their personal care, including bathing and showering, so they look and feel great. Building a relationship with the adults and their families, so that you can provide truly person-centred, individualised care. Experience is welcome, but not essential, as all training will be given. You do not need to be a driver to apply for this role.
