We give you a world of potential As our ServiceNow Automation Engineer you will deliver the optimisation of existing and transition of new services into Computershare Technology Services Engineering department (CTO). Other key responsibilities: In-Depth cross-tool understanding of ServiceNow such as flow designer, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, or similar PaaS/SaaS toolsets. Demonstrable and transferable knowledge of web technologies such as XML, HTML, Web Services, Java Script Passion and energy to work in an IT operations environment in an always-up, always-available service Experience of working within rapid deployment environments utilising Agile (particularly SCRUM methodology) or DevOPS software development Knowledge of current trends and best practices within the IT industry Troubleshooting and problem resolution practices and processes What will you bring to the role? We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven and passionate individual with meticulous attention to detail. You will have a good understanding of supporting tools and technologies such as LDAP, SSO and Identity Management, Automated Testing Frameworks. You will also have excellent oral and written skills with the ability to confidently engage with both, internal and external stakeholders Some other key skills that you’ll have: Strong foundational knowledge of the ServiceNow platform Understanding/experience with Configuration Management, working knowledge of CMDB and configuration.
