Customer Service Advisor working for a well-known company based in Sheffield - S2 area.
The role involves providing an excellent level of professional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
We are seeking candidates with previous customer service experience supporting customers with their returns journey.
This is a great opportunity to join a new project where ongoing improvements and team collaboration are valued.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm (8-hour shifts)
Weekend Work: 1 in 5 weekends, Saturday 9am to 6pm, Sunday 10am to 5pm
3 weeks of training provided, with potential for home working / hybrid role.
Role Responsibilities:
* Supporting customers throughout their journey
* Handling inbound inquiries via phone, SMS, and WebChat
* Taking ownership of customer queries and providing "right first time" resolutions to reduce repeat contacts
* Maintaining call quality standards
* Achieving individual and contact centre targets based on volume and quality of resolution
* Assessing customer needs and taking appropriate action
* Identifying customer pain points
Key Requirements:
* Excellent, clear, and concise communication skills
* Strong listening skills
* Good time management and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency with PC systems, MS Word, Excel, and keyboard skills
