Futures are looking to appoint a Head of Sales for a leading manufacturing business. This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced sales professional with deep expertise in power distribution, electrical infrastructure, and technical solutions. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the sales function, shaping and executing a robust commercial strategy to accelerate growth across key UK and international markets. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Head of Sales will lead, develop and inspire a high-performing sales team, ensuring delivery of revenue targets, margin objectives and long-term strategic growth within the power distribution sector.
