The Senior Influencer Manager Role
The Senior Influencer Manager will craft and manage influencer marketing campaigns and proposals on behalf of our clients. You’ll leverage relationship management capabilities to service clients from briefing through execution, maintaining a standard of excellence throughout the process. You’ll need a strong understanding of talent management, content strategy, brand alignment and performance analytics.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
* Work with the wider team to execute best-in-class influencer marketing campaigns for multiple brands simultaneously
* Utilise creativity and knowledge of current trends to deliver innovative creator activations
* Adhere to best practices around campaign delivery, championing new tools and processes
* Perform competitive analysis and industry research
* Draft, negotiate and execute influencer agreements; keep templates up to date with the evolving industry
* Leverage existing networks and industry knowledge to build opportunities
* Collaborate with the wider team to brainstorm and create new opportunities
* Demonstrate strong activation and project management skills
* Take ownership and accountability for work and projects
* Provide support and mentorship to junior team members
* Apply commercial awareness and understanding of the broader marketing environment

* Highly organised, process-driven, strong time management, capable of multitasking
* Problem-solver with a proactive work ethic
* Social media savvy with understanding of platforms and trends
* Knowledge of data collation and influencer analytics
* Experience in paid social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Snapchat
* Ability to conduct competitor analyses and identify gaps or opportunities
* Advanced proficiency with digital analytics and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, CreatorIQ)
* Strong campaign tracking and ability to synthesize insights from data
* Curiosity to stay updated on evolving industry trends
* Adaptable to changing client and team needs
