Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our upcoming multi-phase residential development comprising 344 units in Shenfield, Essex.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will build, lead, and motivate a high-performing project team to achieve key operational objectives, with particular focus on Health & Safety compliance, quality assurance, and programme delivery.
This is a pivotal leadership role requiring strong organisational capability, commercial awareness, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale residential developments.
What you'll be doing:
* Manage the construction process across all phases of the development
* Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
* Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company policies
* Monitor project progress against programme, budget, and quality benchmarks
* Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain delivery timelines
* Oversee quality control procedures to ensure works meet required standards
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management
Skills & knowledge you'll bring:
Demonstrable track record of delivering multi-unit or large-scale housing developments
Experience managing multi-phase developments from inception through to completion
Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations and Health & Safety requirements
Previous experience managing project programmes, budgets, and resources
Experience leading and developing high-performing site teams
SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification
CSCS card
