The Fine Print:
Pay: £27,132.72 per annum with an annual bonus of up to £3000 + Company Car
Location: Wales region (also covers Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Shropshire) Mon-Fri (two weekend working days a month to deliver sales and training KPI) Ideal candidate would be based around Herefordshire. Cities like, Hereford, Worcester or Kidderminster would be great locations.
Hours: 37.5 per week | Mon-Fri (two weekend working days a month with Monday taken in lieu)

Your mission? To deliver engaging product demonstrations and empower retail teams with the knowledge and confidence to drive sales.

What You'll Be Doing
* Deliver dynamic training sessions to retail staff, showcasing product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
* Lead high-impact in-store demonstrations that drive customer engagement and boost sales.
* Build strong relationships with store teams and share valuable insights with internal stakeholders.
* Visit stores according to a set schedule, report on activities, and ensure brand standards are consistently met.
