We are looking for two Warehouse Section Leader’s to join our M&S site in Thorncliffe. You’ll lead your team to achieve business goals, maximising productivity and efficiency whilst focusing on continuous improvement and colleague wellbeing. This is a full-time, permanent role with an ‘any 5 from 7’ day shift pattern. Hours rotate weekly between 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00.

Pay, benefits and more: You’ll be paid a salary of £29,000 - £35,000.00 per annum, depending upon experience. You’ll also receive 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), with the option to buy additional days for a better work-life balance. What you’ll do on a typical day
* Take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the warehouse in your area; lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve targets.
* Pro-actively support the site and customer’s continuous improvement initiatives; advocate for cultural change on site.
* Promote a creative atmosphere where ideas and improvements can be harnessed.
* With a good understanding of Health & Safety, ensure operational processes are compliant with policies, and identify and escalate risks.
