About the role: Work Experience Coordinator
Activate Learning is recruiting for a Work Experience Coordinator to join our team in Farnham. The role involves supporting students to develop employability skills and prepare for work experience placements relevant to their career goals.
Working alongside learning professionals, you will deliver 'Preparation for Placement' sessions and track student progress throughout the academic year, providing guidance and support at each stage of the Work Experience process.
You will ensure all placements are accurately recorded in our system, support students and employers during placements, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards to maintain a safe environment for learners.
This is a permanent, part-time role, working 12 hours per week, based at our Farnham College Campus.
What do you need to be successful?
We seek a highly organized and attentive individual with strong administrative and IT skills, capable of managing multiple tasks, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for delivering engaging sessions and supporting students' development. Empathy and confidence in helping students enhance their employability skills are also important.
