* Work closely with the sales team to identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities within the existing client base
* Assist with administrative tasks related to agency accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained
* Handle referrals from agencies with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring a seamless process from start to finish
* Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, showcasing excellent verbal and listening skills
