Role Overview
Support Worker – Brentwood at Lifeways Group. Salary £12.21 per hour, full‑time, permanent contract. Typical shifts 10–12 hours, weekdays and weekends. Full UK manual driving licence preferred. Location: Brentwood, Essex CM13 1NZ.
About The Role
You’ll be supporting individuals with acquired brain injuries, learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.

* Building confidence and independence
* Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
* Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team
Shift patterns are assigned; you will not be able to select your own shifts.
