We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Administrator for our Welham Green site, would it be fantastic if you have experience using Kerridge.
Purchase Ledger Clerks is financial professionals who track a business's accounts, logging and processing payments to clients or colleagues. If you love working with numbers and aim to develop your analytical skills this could be the role for you.
Working hours:
09:00am – 17:30pm Monday to Friday
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
· Logging, maintaining and filing invoices
· Payment authorisation
· Payment processing
· Posting and monitoring petty cash
· Investigating purchase ledger queries
· Creating company reports
· Liaising with suppliers
· Maintaining the accuracy of vendor details
