Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from detailed briefings to headhunting and offer management.
* Build an external talent pool through proactive recruitment, networking events, and innovative talent pipelining strategies.
* Enhance JD's employer brand externally via social media, events, and career fairs.
* Understand role-specific skills and match them with candidates' profiles.
* Provide candidate insights to hiring managers during interview and offer stages.
* Represent JD professionally from the first candidate contact.
* Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
* Ensure structured interview processes and identify high-performing candidates that align with our values.
* Provide detailed acquisition data to senior leadership and line managers.
* Manage live vacancies on ATS, LinkedIn, and other outlets.
* Utilize ATS to filter and update applications efficiently.
* Assist with onsite and virtual careers fairs.
* Keep job descriptions current and relevant for recruitment processes.
Skills, Experience, and Knowledge
* Experience recruiting within a similar environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Stakeholder management and influence throughout hiring cycles.
* Robust external network and knowledge of best acquisition practices.
* Experience presenting recruitment metrics like cost-to-fill and time-to-hire.
* Knowledge of HR systems and ATS.
* Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Data-driven approach and experience with recruitment marketing.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and hiring managers.
* Willingness to travel across Southern Regions and to our head office in Bury, Greater Manchester.
