About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IFS Product Owner to take ownership of our IFS ERP platform and lead its continued evolution across the business. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical specialists—ensuring the IFS system delivers maximum value, supports operational needs, and aligns with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
* Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for all IFS modules in use across the business.
* Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify improvements, and translate needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
* Manage and prioritize the IFS product backlog to ensure strategic delivery and maximum business value.
* Collaborate with technical teams, functional consultants, and developers to plan and deliver enhancements, upgrades, and new features.
* Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and reviews to support continuous improvement and adoption.
* Validate delivered solutions through testing, UAT, and stakeholder sign-off.
* Stay up to date with IFS product releases and industry best practices to recommend platform optimizations.
* Support change management activities, including communication, training, and user enablement.
* Ensure solutions align with governance, security standards, and compliance requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
* 3+ years working with IFS Applications (Versions 9/10) or IFS Cloud.
* Proven experience as a Product Owner, ERP Functional Lead, or Business Analyst.
* Hands-on involvement in ERP implementations, upgrades, or major enhancement projects.
* Experience in industries such as manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, energy, or field service is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
* Strong understanding of ERP processes (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Service, Projects).
* Ability to translate business requirements into actionable functional designs.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
* Understanding of IFS architecture, reporting, integrations, and configurations (preferred).
Education & Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* IFS certifications (functional or technical) preferred.
* Agile/Product Owner certifications (CSPO, PSPO) beneficial.
* ITIL Foundation is a plus.
