Position Overview
The Local Leasing & Business Development Coordinator is a vital support partner in our portfolio-wide ancillary deal-making efforts. This role is all about facilitating smooth communication between our corporate and property teams, ensuring that every deal is executed flawlessly from start to finish.
Your Key Responsibilities
Local Leasing & Business Development
* Coordinate corporate deals with field teams, managing tenant setups and move-ins/outs.
* Handle all license agreements, track approvals, and ensure proper documentation is in place.
* Maintain insurance records for new and existing corporate deals.
* Collaborate with executives to manage all aspects of corporate deals.
* Serve as the go-to contact for pre-sales and post-sales activities.
* Coordinate event setups and manage digital media advertising content.
* Assist in sales reporting and revenue tracking.
* Work with marketing to create customized sales materials and toolkits.
Pre-Sales Support
* Create and manage inventory maps and listings for all properties.
* Draft proposals for corporate prospects, including multi-center deals.
* Act as the primary liaison for new deal opportunities.
Post-Sales Support
* Activate and implement corporate deals at the local level.
* Manage implementation checklists and recap reports.
* Ensure all contractual paperwork is collected and filed appropriately.
* Coordinate logistics for corporate deals, including vendor management.
Financial Management
* Maintain consolidated financial reports for LLBD revenue.
* Assist with corporate deal paperwork and accounts receivable.
* Support budget coordination and filing.
What We’re Looking For
* Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* 2-3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, project coordination, sales, retail, or real estate.
* A self-motivated, proactive individual with a positive attitude.
* A passion for retail innovation and evolution.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through.
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
