Job Title: Site Supervisor Elec Bias Location: Victoria, London Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum (basic) We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor with an electrical bias to join our team based in Victoria, London. The successful candidate will oversee a three-man team initially, with plans to expand to a four to five-man team, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of large commercial/corporate offices. Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the maintenance team. Ensure all electrical systems and equipment are maintained and operated in accordance with company policies and procedures. Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve electrical issues promptly. Plan and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and disruptions to business operations. Participate in building shutdowns and emergency response situations as required. Provide technical guidance and support to team members. Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in a commercial/office environment. Strong electrical background with relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent). Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices. Additional Benefits: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm schedule. 1-3 weeks call-out rota with £100 standby payment.
