Office Manager

36 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (term time plus)

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.00 am to 4.15 pm and Friday 8.00 am-4.00 pm

PS7 (£33,813 to £36,041) Pro-rata starting salary £29,836

Starting: ASAP - no later than September 2026

Are you looking for a busy and varied role at the heart of our school?

We are seeking to appoint a positive and proactive individual to lead our busy School Office and Reception. The successful candidate will act as PA to the Headteacher and will undertake a broad range of routine administrative activities to enable the school to function efficiently. We are looking for a dedicated professional, ideally with experience of working in a similar environment. Solutions focused, with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, and determined to make a difference to the children in our school.

Set in 10 acres of grounds in the Surrey village of Cobham, we are able to offer our pupils a large number of high‑quality sporting and other outdoor activities, with three playgrounds, an outdoor learning space and plenty of playing fields. We have Forest Schools provision and pupils enjoy accessing our music, cooking and art rooms. There is ample on‑site car parking for staff.
