Private Client Solicitor Up to £65,000 South Woodford A well-established East London firm specialising in conveyancing (residential and commercial), litigation, family, and private client law is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their growing team. This is a full-time position, with salary dependent on experience. The Role You will manage a varied private client caseload, including estate administration (probate and intestacy), applications for grants of representation, inheritance tax matters, will drafting, lasting powers of attorney (both Property & Financial Affairs and Health & Welfare), and Court of Protection deputyship cases. This is a client-facing role, requiring a professional, proactive, and empathetic approach.
