As a Key Accounts Coordinator, you will be expected to:
* Be responsible for accurately processing customer orders and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery. Providing strong product knowledge to support Trade and Retail customers. Resolving enquiries and complaints promptly. Use BISTRACK to manage transactions in line with procedures. Contributing to business objectives through effective teamwork, stock control, safe working practices whilst providing commitment to equality, diversity, and health and safety.
