We’re currently recruiting for a Duty Manager at Premier Inn, Newbury Town Centre. Working 35 hours per week, paying up to £13.36 per hour. Immediate start.

What You’ll Do
Join our team as a Duty Manager where your proven leadership skills will manage a reliable, high‑performing team that ensures the smooth running of our hotel. You will use experience from retail or similar environments to manage everything from health & safety standards to creating an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience leading people, preferably in retail or similar; strong communication and organisational skills; ability to manage health & safety, customer experience. Leadership experience relevant to immediate start.
