About the Role This is a hands-on administrative support position within our regional construction office. You will primarily support the smooth day-to-day running of the office by covering reception duties, managing basic stock, and providing additional ad-hoc assistance to the PA to the Regional Construction Director. Key Responsibilities Reception duties – Acting as the first point of contact: greeting visitors, contractors and suppliers, answering and directing incoming calls, handling enquiries (phone, email and in-person), managing deliveries and post. Basic stock management – Monitoring and ordering office supplies (stationery, printer consumables), tea, coffee, kitchen items and other everyday essentials; maintaining tidy stock levels and break-out areas.
