SUPERVISOR – STARBUCKS, CANTERBURY WEST STATION
Pay Rate: £13.61 per hour
We have Part time (20 hrs) roles available.
Hours of operation are 5:30am to 7:00pm Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.

About You
* Hospitality moves fast - and so do you! If you thrive on action, love leading people, and want to make an impact every day, our Supervisor role’s got your name on it.
* Need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts and required to handle and sell alcohol.
About the Supervisor Role
* Take ownership of opening, closing, and daily operations while solving problems on the fly.
* Lead your team through busy shifts, keeping the energy high and the atmosphere positive.
* Inspire your team to deliver great customer service, be the go-to person for customer and team queries.
* Results focused, staying informed about unit performance and championing improvements.
* Previous experience of leading a team within hospitality or retail is ideal.
* Previous experience of stock takes, stock ordering & invoices is preferred.
