You will also be responsible for the organisation and management of the existing service staff, customer relations and departmental profitability, whilst maintaining effective and accurate communication between management, xsngvjr customers and techniciansEssential Skills/Experience:
* Strong knowledge of the construction engineering sector
* Previous management or supervisor experience
* Directing, mentoring and overseeing the work of the technicians at the Branch
* Familiarity of profit/loss, KPI targets and manufacturer warranty systems
