Shifts: 19:00 – 07:30 | Average 43.75 hours per week | 3 nights one week, 4 the next

As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll be a constant, caring presence during the night, helping our clients feel safe, supported, and heard. Whether it's offering a listening ear, helping someone through a restless night, or ensuring medication is administered correctly you'll be a vital part of someone's healing process.

Your Nightly Role in Recovery:
* Offer guidance and support throughout the night, promoting safety and comfort
* Help clients maintain their recovery goals and uphold community rules
* Assist with medication prompts and accurate record-keeping
* Ensure clients are prepared for the day ahead, from early starts to important appointments
* Support risk assessments and liaise with the day team to ensure continuity of care
* Monitor and record any significant events or concerns through the night
* Be a friendly, calm, and empathetic point of contact when it's needed most

What We're Looking For:
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Calm under pressure, especially during challenging situations
* A natural listener with a compassionate, non-judgemental approach
* Competent with IT tasks (Google, Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Experience in support, care, or recovery settings is desirable – but heart and attitude are just as important
Our Recruitment Process:
1. You will have an initial phone conversation with the talent acquisition specialist, which will be an informal chat and opportunity to ask questions about the position
2. If you are successful in your initial phone conversation, you will be required to undertake an interview on-site or via video conference. (please note that if you have a video/in-person interview, you will be required to visit the centre at a later date for our 2nd stage interview)
3. Our shortlisted candidates will be notified if they are successful within 5 working days post interview.
