We are looking to recruit a full‑time, fixed‑term Executive Assistant and Research Group Administrator until 27 October 2026 – with the possibility of extension.
Role responsibilities
You will also handle the day‑to‑day administrative coordination of the professors' research group, such as:
* maintaining reading lists, virtual‑learning platforms, lecture slides and hand‑outs;
* sourcing and organising literature or data as requested while keeping shared research folders up to date;
* producing clear charts, tables and reference lists that ensure draft manuscripts, grant applications and progress reports comply with required templates and style guides.
Experience of working in Higher Education or supporting academic or research activities is desirable.
