* Through flexible commissioning we are able to employ an Educational Supervisor to mentor overseas mentee clinicians full time on a one to three ratio
* 13 surgery practice equipped with the latest equipment
* Parking is available

* Annual salary of £80,000 to £90,000 per annum

Your future, your role
* Working with three overseas mentee clinicians to support them through the NHS mentoring requirements for them to secure their NHS performer number
* Building constructive relationships with the mentees to support their development and progression through the NHS requirements
* Observing patient appointments and providing feedback, delivering training sessions and demonstrations with a phantom head where appropriate
* Working with the mydentist clinical leadership team to ensure the successful delivery of the Flexible Commissioning contract
* Providing clinical cover when mentees are taking time away from practice
