Senior Residential Support Worker

We are looking for an enthusiastic, caring, and passionate individual to join our support team as a Senior Residential Support Worker. In this role, you will assist with day‑to‑day operations within our services and play a key part in managing each child’s plan, ensuring these plans are delivered with the highest standards of care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the management of day‑to‑day operations within the services.
* Engage in and manage each child’s plan, ensuring plans are managed with professional care.
Qualifications
* SVQ3 qualification in Children and Young People (or equivalent).
* Prepared to work towards SVQ4 within the allotted time frame set out by SSSC.
* Full UK driving licence (required to transport young people to external locations).
* Willingness to undergo safeguarding screening, including Disclosure Scotland checks and references covering at least the last 3 years.

Additional Information
The role supports children and young people aged 8 to 18 years, helping them to be fully included within the local community and to develop the capacity to prosper beyond Aspris Scotland in the wider post‑school world.
