Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out day-to-day repairs with efficiency and skill Diagnosing and resolving faults quickly and effectively Completing annual servicing visits to keep systems in top shape Striving to meet first-time fix targets Maintaining the highest quality standards on every job Ensuring customer satisfaction is always a top priority Communicating any delays promptly with both the contact centre and the customer Who Were Looking For: We need someone who is experienced, reliable, and passionate about providing top-notch service.
