The Role
As a Sales Administrator youll be responsible for coordinating customer enquiries, processing quotations and orders, and maintaining strong communication with both clients and internal teams.
Youll work closely with departments such as Application Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure customer requirements are met on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries, quotations, and order processing.
2. Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers and internal teams.
3. Coordinate with departments to ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently.
4. Maintain accurate records, documentation, and correspondence.
