Job: Fire Door Joiner
Location: Leeds
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 (depending on experience)
Working Hours: 40 hours
Are you a Maintenance Joiner with experience working on Fire Doors? Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity?
If so, Randstad CPE Facilities Management has the perfect role for you. We are currently working with a well-known Facilities Management provider who are looking for a timeserved Maintenance Joiner to perform the highest standard of maintenance services, particularly on Fire Doors. This is a permanent and full time position and mobile role based in Leeds.
Package includes:
1. Competitive salary
2. 32 days annual leave including bank holidays

Main duties will include:
6. Repair and inspection of fire doors in commercial settings.
7. PPMs and reactive maintenance.
8. Repair and/or renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T&G or sheet flooring.
9. Repair and/or renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling.
10. Maintain fire doors to comply with current Fire Safety Standards.
11. Maintain kitchen facilities.
12. Repair, renew and/or fit ironmongery to doors and windows.
13. Multi-trade skilled joiner capable of general works in other construction e.g. plastering or floor tiling.
14. Participating in an out of hours call out rota.
The ideal candidate may have:
15. City and Guilds or NVQ Level 3 Joinery
16. Fire Door experience/qualifications
17. Full UK driving licence
18. Experience working within a commercial environment.
