The role:
Our purpose in adult services is to empower the people we support to live as independently as possible and see them thrive. Each person we help has their own unique way of communicating, whether this be PECs boards, signalong or through repeating specific phrases. If you’ve not used signalong previously, don't worry as training is provided!
At the heart of everything we do is promoting the independence of the people we support, and ensuring we have a relaxed, empathetic and encouraging team working with us to help ensure they achieve their goals.
As a valued member of our team, your role will involve a mix of meaningful support - from helping with daily routines like food preparation, shopping, and personal care, to accompanying residents as they access the community and pursue their interests.
