Job Title: Occupational Therapist – Adult Intake Location: Barking & Dagenham Working Pattern: 3 days in-office, 2 days working from home Contract Lengths: One 3-month contract and one 9-month contract Pay Rate: £32–£35 per hour Job Description: Liquid Personnel is seeking two experienced Occupational Therapists to support its client’s frontline adult social care services in Barking & Dagenham. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to timely assessments and interventions for residents in need. What will your responsibilities be? Undertake holistic assessments of adults referred to the Intake Team. Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and wellbeing. Recommend and arrange appropriate equipment and adaptations. Work collaboratively with social workers, health professionals, and families. Maintain accurate and timely records in line with council and HCPC standards. Contribute to safeguarding processes and uphold professional responsibilities. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Occupational Therapist with relevant degree HCPC registration Post-qualifying experience in adult social care Strong knowledge of OT frameworks and legislation Relevant certificates in Occupational Therapy and related areas Why Liquid Personnel?
