Role Description
As the Assistant Manager for Spaghetti Maths Wirral, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of after-school clubs and activity programs. This part-time, on-site role located in Wirral involves assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of engaging math-based activities. Responsibilities include managing schedules, supporting team members, maintaining high-quality program delivery, and acting as a key point of contact for schools, parents, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
* Experience in coordinating educational programs or working with children in an educational or recreational setting
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with schools, parents, and team members
* A passion for education and making math engaging and enjoyable for children
* Basic administrative and IT skills, including scheduling and maintaining records
* Flexibility to work part-time hours and be present on-site in Wirral
* Previous experience in an educational or childcare setting is highly desirable
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
