Main duties of the job
The Director of Education will provide strategic leadership and guidance to improve educational outcomes and standards.The successful candidate will build and maintain internal and external relationships. This will include a range of external educational establishments, universities, colleges, government bodies and community partners to address and promote educational opportunities at CHEC.We are looking for someone to be accountable for developing and implementing educational strategies, programs and initiatives that align with the companys mission and goals. Including, the development of CHEC Academy.

Job responsibilities
Develop and oversee the implementation of effective and engaging educational programs for all key groups.Ensure curriculum alignment with relevant standards and educational best practices.Regularly review and update curriculum to meet changing educational needs.Champion and advocate the Academy nationally and within the organisation.Manage the day-to-day operations of educational programs, including scheduling, resources, and logistics.Monitor program outcomes and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.Collaborate with other departments to integrate educational programs with broader company initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including universities, professional bodies, community organisations, and educational partners.Represent the company in educational forums and community events.Seek opportunities for collaboration and partnerships to enhance educational offerings.
