About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and adaptable Porter to join our team. You’ll play a key part in supporting the daily operational running of our sites, ensuring that transport, disposal, and minor works are completed safely and efficiently. The role involves physical tasks and flexibility, with duties including:
1. Transporting confidential documents, furniture, tools, and medical equipment between sites
2. Collecting items for use by the maintenance team
3. Removing and disposing of bulky rubbish and garden waste
4. Assisting with upkeep of outdoor areas
5. Supporting both the grounds and on-site maintenance teams directly
6. Helping with internal refurbishment tasks as required
7. Responding to changing priorities in line with operational needs
About You
We’re looking for someone dependable, practical, and willing to get stuck in. You should:
8. Be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
9. Work well independently but also as part of a wider team
10. Stay flexible and responsive to changes in daily tasks
11. Maintain discretion when handling confidential materials
12. Take pride in keeping our environments safe, tidy, and functional
A full UK driving licence is required for this role.
