Location: Wolverhampton (Hybrid – Part-Time or Full-Time)
Salary: £24,000+ (Depending on Experience)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a creative, confident, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator / Manager to help us grow and engage our online community—especially on TikTok, but across all major platforms.
You should be comfortable in front of the camera, have a solid understanding of content trends, and most importantly, be driven by results. We’re looking for someone who blends humour and creativity with strategy, someone who’s not only fun and engaging, but also focused on achieving measurable goals. You’ll be proactive, target-oriented, and constantly looking to improve performance and push boundaries.
Targets / Goals:
You’ll be expected to deliver measurable results through social media. Key performance indicators include:
• Produce a minimum number of high-quality posts per platform per week
• Create engaging video content weekly (e.g. Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts)
• Drive month-on-month growth in follower count on each platform
• Increase overall reach and impressions monthly
• Maintain strong engagement rates across all content
• Generate a steady stream of comments and meaningful audience interactions
• Respond to 90%+ of comments and direct messages within 24 hours
• Increase click-through rates (CTR) from posts/stories to our website
• Contribute to a consistent increase in website traffic from social media channels
• Convert social media interactions into leads or sales via UTM links, referral codes, or in-platform purchases
• Ensure that at least 80% of content is original (not reposted or generic)
• Initiate audience engagement (polls, Q&As, comments) weekly
• Deliver measurable growth and performance across each core platform
• Collaborate with the automation team to streamline and optimise workflows wherever possible
What You’ll Do:
• Create scroll-stopping short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) that’s fun, relatable, and on-brand
• Be a face of the brand, appear in videos, bring energy and personality, while remaining professional and business-appropriate
• Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and participating in relevant conversations
• Interact with other creators/channels to build relationships and expand reach
• Collaborate with the wider content and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
• Monitor growth, trends, and analytics to refine strategy and improve results
• Balance creativity with consistency and performance
