The role
We’re hiring a Sales & Accounts Manager to drive new revenue and grow existing agency relationships while keeping accounts tidy and clients smiling. You’ll own the full sales cycle, onboard new agencies, nurture key accounts. We have all the tools ready to start plenty of warm leads.
This role suits a hands-on operator who enjoys both closing deals and keeping the engine room running smoothly.
What you’ll do
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of agencies.
Hit weekly outreach targets and monthly revenue goals.
Track activity and deals in our CRM (monday.com) and keep data clean.
Account management
Onboard new agencies and train teams on creating jobs and tracking deliveries.
Grow the ASV of our current clients.
Run regular check-ins, reviews and performance reporting.
What you’ll bring
1+ years in B2B sales, account management or sales operations, ideally in SaaS, logistics, field services or real estate services.
The ability to move fast, as we are a fast-paced startup.
Strong phone and meeting presence; clear, confident writing.
Comfortable with CRMs (monday.com experience ideal), spreadsheets and basic reporting.
Process mindset with high attention to detail across quotes, contracts and invoices.
Driver’s licence for occasional client visits across the Northern Beaches and North Shore.
