Compliance Manager (Estates and Facilities)

Reed Crawley has partnered with a client who is actively recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of their compliance programme within the Estates and Facilities department. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and possesses strong communication skills, ensuring compliance across various departments.
Day-to-day of the role:
1. Lead the delivery of our compliance programme, ensuring all activities are in line with sector rules and regulations.
2. Maintain a compliance calendar, manage evidence documentation, and oversee reviews and testing.
3. Track and monitor compliance requirements and contractual obligations.
4. Develop and maintain practical policies and procedures that support compliance.
5. Identify control gaps, conduct risk assessments, and coordinate mitigation efforts.
6. Liaise with contractors to deliver compliance testing and manage reports.
7. Support the transition of systems, particularly CAFM.
8. Provide expert advice and training to staff on compliance-related matters.
