About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Fitter Riggers to join our team on a key project. You\'ll be working as part of a skilled crew, handling the installation, assembly, and maintenance of heavy mechanical equipment and structures.
Responsibilities
- Rigging and fitting of mechanical components and steel structures
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and lifting plans
- Safe use of lifting equipment, slings, shackles, and chain blocks
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Working effectively as part of a team or independently
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Fitter Rigger or similar role
- NVQ Level 2 or higher in a relevant discipline (preferred)
- Valid CSCS or CCNSG card (as required)
- Rigging and lifting certification (e.g., NVQ Rigging or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of safe lifting practices
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments
