Job Description
3. Managing a high volume of employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and absence
4. Providing clear, consistent advice to managers on ER processes and employment law
5. Preparing documentation for hearings, investigations and outcomes
6. Supporting investigations and ensuring accurate note‑taking and follow‑up
7. Handling HR administration across the employee lifecycle (contracts, letters, changes, onboarding and exits)
8. Maintaining HR records and ensuring data accuracy and compliance
9. Acting as a hands‑on HR lead within a busy, operational hospitality environment
The Successful Applicant
10. Proven experience operating at HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor level in ER‑heavy roles
11. Strong UK employment law knowledge with confidence managing complex and high‑volume ER matters
12. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and comfort handling HR administration
13. Comfortable working five days onsite in a fast‑paced, service‑led environment
14. Calm, pragmatic and solutions‑focused, with the resilience to handle challenging situations
15. Available to start 18th February (or immediately around this date)
