Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls to business customers across the UK
* Build rapport and uncover potential opportunities through effective questioning
* Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the external sales team
* Understand client needs and match them with suitable services or solutions
* Maintain accurate records within the CRM and manage your sales pipeline
* Consistently achieve and exceed activity and performance targets

About You:
* Previous telemarketing, telesales, or appointment-setting experience is ESSENTIAL
* Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner

* IT-literate with good organisational skills and attention to detail
