The purpose of the Customer Service Administrator role is to provide high quality telephone and administrative services in an efficient, friendly and professional manner. This is a permanent full time office based position. Duties of the role : Dealing with customer and client queries via telephone and email Using internal programmes to generate customer orders Logging customer queries on internal database Liaising with internal departments and construction engineers & contractors General administrative duties The site is based just outside of Oxford and is commutable by bus.
