Document Controller At Fawkes & Reece we are currently hiring for an experienced Document Controller to join a regional leading contractor. This opportunity to join one of the renowned contractors based in the South Coast is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most impressive schemes across the South. About the role of Document Controller As Document Controller you will work heavily alongside site teams and the design teams to ensure all project documentation and drawings are filled correctly. This regional contractor specialises in key frameworks across the education, healthcare and public sector. Responsibilities for Document Controller Manage and maintain all documentation ensuring that all filling complies with company protocol and standards. Work across a variety of schemes ensuring support, guidance and training is provided to all site teams. Proactively ensure all incoming and outgoing documentation is tracked and recorded Requirements for Document Controller Previous experience using Procore & viewpoint is essential Prior Construction experience working amongst a similar contractor with experience on schemes up to £15M A proactive and organised nature is fundamental with strong communication skills With projects based across the South Coast, covering Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Berkshire, you will be based out of their head office in Southampton five days a week.
