General Duties and Responsibilities

* Administrative Support:
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
* Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Document Management:
* Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical).
* Ensure proper handling of confidential documents.
* Communication:
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
* Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.


Travel & Logistics:

* Arrange travel itineraries, accommodation, and transport for staff.


Office Coordination:

* Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
* Liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.
* Compliance & Standards:
* Ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards.
* Support document control processes for projects.


Skills

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Knowledge of document control systems and office procedures.
