I’m recruiting on behalf of a well established, small structural engineering consultancy based in Oxford. They specialise in high‑end residential, multi‑unit developments, conversions, extensions, and non‑residential projects, offering early‑career engineers a chance to gain hands‑on experience across a variety of technically interesting projects.
Role
* Work closely with directors and senior engineers on complex residential and non‑residential projects, including high‑end homes, schools, and commercial buildings.
* Contribute to structural design, detailing, and Revit/BIM modelling, gaining exposure to steel, timber, masonry, and reinforced concrete.
* Learn in a collaborative, office‑based environment, with guidance on professional development and chartership support.
You’ll Need
* 1–3 years’ experience in structural engineering, ideally with exposure to residential or technically challenging projects.
* Strong attention to detail, motivation, and teamwork skills.
* Local to Oxford or within a reasonable commuting distance.
* Full right to work in UK.
