Client Liaison Executive (CLE)

Location: Office-based, NorwichWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-TimeReporting to: Management Team

Overview

We are recruiting a Client Liaison Executive (CLE) to join our growing team. This is a newly created role to support the next phase of development within the business, following the progression of an existing team member into a managerial position.

The CLE will act as a key point of contact between clients, listers, and online portals, responding to enquiries and ensuring a smooth, positive client experience from the first point of contact onward.

This role will start office-based and will develop to include face-to-face client meetings, with the potential to support video content and in-person engagement as the role evolves.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing incoming enquiries from online portals and responding promptly by phone
* Acting as the main interface between listers and the portal, ensuring information is accurately passed on
* Making outbound and inbound calls to prospective clients
* Building rapport quickly, asking the right questions, and understanding client needs
* Providing a friendly, conversational and professional first impression of the business
* Supporting listers by qualifying enquiries (this is not a listing role)
* Maintaining clear and accurate records from client interactions

About You

* Confident, friendly and engaging telephone manner
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships naturally
* Chatty, bubbly personality with a genuine interest in people
* Comfortable making a high volume of calls and speaking with new clients daily
* Happy to work in a support role that contributes to wider business success
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to own vehicle
* Comfortable working office-based, with flexibility to attend face-to-face meetings in the future
