Our client is a market-leading company in a niche sector who have been established for over 60 years, in the supply, manufacture, design, installation, and service of engineering equipment. They are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join their team as a Sales Coordinator, where you will be supporting customers with incoming enquiries and providing quotes and product advice.
Job Description:
1. Prepare quotations within company time frames from customer enquiries within a fast-paced environment (web enquiries, phone calls, emails)
2. Follow up with customers after quotes have been sent
3. Ensure correct product selection to satisfy clients’ requirements
4. Build rapport, maintain relationships and establish customer loyalty
5. The Internal Sales Executive will also be required to liaise at all levels with customers, area managers and internal colleagues
6. Ensure profitable sales are maintained
7. Identify market trends and provide feedback to management
8. Maintain the company CRM system
9. Purchase products in compliance with mandatory requirements
It would be good to see candidates for the Internal Sales Executive role with the following:
10. Experience of working in a similar environment
11. An understanding of Engineering principles is desirable
12. Must be computer literate
13. Good communication skills
14. Strong team player with excellent time management skills
15. Self-motivated and able to manage workload
16. A driving licence is essential due to the location
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 DOE

17. 30 holidays, including BH, rising to 33 after 1 year of service and the beginning of the next calendar year
