The basic hourly rate of pay is £17.50 but day staff get a 10% day rate taking the actual hourly rate to £18.81 whilst the night staff get a 20% night rate uplift taking their actual hourly rate to £20.52. Nurses get paid breaks and have their registration fees reimbursed.
